3) Cancellation and returns
Changed your mind?:
If your order hasn’t been dispatched we are pleased to cancel or change your order - please contact us to discuss asap.
After dispatch - Refunds on unused goods:
Our policy lasts 30 days for unused goods. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
4) Refunds on used goods
If you have used your product and are not satisfied then we can still offer you a refund provided 14 days have not gone by since your purchase. To be eligible for this refund the board and all accessories must be in the same condition you received them in.
5) Non-returnable items
Gift cards we are afraid are non-returnable.

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
